Can’t find what you need? Ready to have the bag of your dreams? Need something as unique as you? Let’s make it happen.
Our custom option can be designed completely from scratch or as simple as an existing bag you see in the shop, but in a different fabric or with a different handle option. Cross-body Sad Sack with extra pockets, anyone?
When you purchase this:
You will be charged a $20 design fee that will be put toward the final price of your custom order. (NOTE: If we do not receive a reply within 60 days, your down payment will be refunded minus $5 in processing fees.)
You will receive an email within 5 business days asking you for information about your bag design. Consequently, please ensure the email address you provide at checkout is the one you’d like to be contacted at.
Then the magic of the design process begins! We look forward to hearing about what you need the bag to hold up to or be able to carry -which helps us determine the shape, size, features, and best materials for durability. And our favorite part: picking your colors/fabric(s), and hardware (zippers, rivets, buckles, etc.).
Once the design and materials are finalized you will receive a quote and timeline for the final product. The custom order will then be listed in the shop for you to purchase (minus the $20 design fee) and provide shipping information.
